No prep needed, no experience required. Just get a ticket and show up.

Actualize is co-founded and hosted by Nathaniel Solace and Kevin Orosz, the two founders of the Austin AI Collective. Every event also features one or two guest experts from across AI, business, and frontier tech — past speakers include Mike Bledsoe, Amateo Kaplan, Pedro Jerez, and Hakeem Anwar. Featured guests for each date get announced ahead of time.
Fifteen years building online. Agencies, products, funnels, events. The kind of entrepreneur who runs a dozen things at once and can honestly only give so much to each one. Then he cracked Claude Code, and what happened after is kind of hard to describe, not because it’s complicated but because the scale of it doesn’t fit normal language. The capacity is different now. The throughput, the consistency, the follow-through. Everything changed. The voice note pipeline is cool, the AI employees are cool, but none of that is really what Saturday is about. There’s a threshold. Most people don’t even know it’s there. You can be using Claude every day and be completely on the wrong side of it. Saturday is him making sure you know where that line is, and how to cross it.
High performance coach, philosopher, and co-founder of the Austin AI Collective. Kevin works at the intersection of evolutionary psychology, embodiment, and mastery. He’s the kind of person who makes complex ideas land in the body, not just the head. He came into AI a hard skeptic. The arc since then is one of the more interesting transformations you’ll hear about all day, and it’s a big part of why Actualize lands the way it does. He brings the human side of this paradigm shift — the meaning, the discernment, the work of staying yourself while everything around you changes.
Each Actualize event features one or two guest experts. We pick voices doing serious work at the edge of AI, business, and human capacity. Names below are past speakers. Featured guests for May 30 will be announced ahead of the event.

Amateo’s passion is uplifting humanity through technology, and showing others how to build a better future by making the old models obsolete.
Mike helps established business owners stop bolting AI onto broken systems and start rebuilding with AI at the foundation. Founder of Bledsoe Ops, running AI diagnostics and builds for companies doing $1M–$10M+. Co-founded and operated Barbell Shrugged, one of the largest fitness media brands from 2012 to 2018, and has held nearly every executive seat in a company. He hosts The Full Stack podcast out of Austin, TX.
